About:

The client, a government department in Sharjah, UAE, is dedicated to improving the coordination and efficiency of government media services, aiming to enhance collaboration among various governmental entities for streamlined operations and successful event management across the Emirate.

Client Requirement:

The client required a Government Support Platform to enable entities to raise service and agenda requests, strengthen cooperation among multiple government departments, integrate requests for input from various departments for events, and ensure a secure, data-protected environment with multi-user access and segregated profile roles.

Strategic Direction:

We designed a comprehensive platform with key features such as user profiling, task trackers, feedback and service rating, analyzed report generation and sharing, a content management system (CMS), agenda conflict management, venue selection and blocking, Google Maps integration, and a government calendar display.

Implementation:

The implementation process involved requirement analysis and design through detailed discussions with the client, development with robust security measures and multi-user access control, integration of Google Maps for location services and a government calendar for event scheduling, rigorous testing for functionality, security, and usability, and comprehensive training for users followed by deployment across all relevant departments.
